Shipping & Returns
3-Day Order Processing Time
Customer orders are shipped within 3 business days of the order date. If there will be any delay, we will contact you. If you need faster shipment or have questions regarding the status of your order, please e-mail us at bruce@travelersworld.com.
Shipments within the Continental U.S.
Depending on the size of your order, we ship by either United States Postal Service or UPS Ground. Your order should then arrive 4-8 business days after the order date.
International Shipping and Non-Continental U.S. Shipping
Currently, we do not ship to addresses outside of the continental United States.
Returns & Refunds
We will gladly refund your purchase provided you have your original receipt dated within the last 30 days. Your item must be UNUSED and product packages UNOPENED. You may receive a refund by shipping the merchandise within 30 days of your order back to Travelers World or by returning the merchandise in person to our store location.
Eligible refunds of credit card purchases will be promptly refunded to the same brand of credit card used to make the purchase.
How To Make A Return By Mail:
To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment:
- A brief note that includes your name, phone number and the specifics of your refund request.
- The printed out receipt received through email.
- The merchandise in original condition.
Please ship the return to the address below. We suggest shipping UPS Ground or delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service.
